He pointed out that «a collective agreement has many disadvantages: it creates uniformity in job conditions, which makes it difficult, and sometimes impossible, to compensate employees on a personal basis based on performance».
On 21 October 2012, it was reported that Tel Aviv’s municipal bike rental service Tel-O-Fun terminated the contract of a union leader and interrogated workers on whether they were attempting to join a union.
