Palestina - Difficult exercise of trade union rights in Gaza (2010, 2011, 2012)

Due to the political strife in Gaza between Hamas and Fatah, with each side describing any union activity as politically-motivated, any normal daily exercise of freedom of association or collective bargaining is extremely difficult.
