Indonesia - Dismissal of union leaders (2011)

On 14 June, the International Federation of Chemical, Energy, Mine and General Workers’ Unions (ICEM) protested the recent dismissal of seven PT Kayan Putera Utama Coal Union leaders by PT Kayan Putera Utama Coal at its Desa Separi mine near Tenggarong in the Kalimantan Timur coal fields.
