Japón - Interference by employers (2013)

American Apparel closes stores wherever unions are able to effectively negotiate with management. In September 2012, a store in Tokyo was closed after the union successfully argued for the reinstatement of a worker who had been unfairly dismissed. While management agreed to reinstate the worker it decided to close the store without providing any further justification.
