Bolivia - La Paz Limpia and La Paz mayoral authorities promote parallel unions

On 24 February 2017, the executive secretary of the Central Obrera Departamental (COD) of La Paz denounced executives from urban cleaning company La Paz Limpia and the mayoral authorities of La Paz for promoting parallel unions among urban cleaning service workers. The COD accused the company and the mayor, Luis Revilla, of appointing leaders that served their own interests.
