Numerous violations were committed at the company Aerosvit against shop stewards and the League of Linear Pilots of Ukraine during the past five years. A local court prohibited strikes at the PJSC “Air Company Aerosvit.” Also the head of the primary trade union Sergyi Molodyi, a pilot and the head of the pilot team, was illegally dismissed from work. These two cases have been filed and are under consideration at the European Court of Human Rights.
