When Sabrina Garment factory in Kampong Spue province, a supplier of Nike, Wilson Sports Apparel and Lululemon Athletica, refused to comply with a collective agreement concluded in January 2013, about 4,000 of the total 5,300 workers went on a strike. Even though the strike did not violate the law, police intervened violently and injured 30 workers, arrested 8 workers and issued 8 arrest warrants.The company dismissed 415 workers for having participated in the strike.
