Hong Kong (RAE - China) - Discrimination of trade union executives

Tom Lee Music has been refusing to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement with the affiliate of HKCTU since the union was established in 2014 to fight against contractualisation. Since 2018, the management has ceased to open new music classes or allocate new students to the classes taught by the executives of the trade union. The union executives have raised the discriminatory arrangement, which greatly affected their income, with the management without receiving an answer.
