Serbia - Denial of the right to strike to workers at Zastava Arms (2013)

Both the Ministry of Defence and the manager of the Zastava Arms, Rade Gromovic, denied the right to strike and representation of the Zastava Arms and Trade Union in the supervising board of the company. It was argued that pursuant to the Law on Companies, an employee of the company does not have the right to be appointed as a member of the Supervising Board.
